An act of kindness

I was on the shuttle that goes from work to the BART yesterday and realized that I had forgotten my wallet in my desk. The person sitting next to me on the bus lent me the money I needed to get back to Berkeley without even hesitating, so a thank you to him. I didn't expect someone to be so trusting of a total stranger.
